Yes, subject to the availibility and schedule, however, please do note that there will be additional transportation charge of S$30.00 | Back to Top 3] Will there be Replacement Class if my child is absent ? Yes, Make-up lessons, if your child should miss one, can only be replaced within the week and provided there is vacancy available in another class of the same level subject to the availibility and schedule of the The Teacher. | Back to Top 4] Do I get any discount if I were to recommend my friends ? Yes, for every 4 successful students that enrolled into the course and stay on for at least a minimum of 12 lessons, your next four (4) lessons is FREE. | Back to Top 5] If I were to be one (1) hour late picking my child, can my child stay at the Tutor's premises ? No, the Tutor may have another ongoing class back to back or another class maybe at another location. Please understand that the Tutor is NOT A NANNY/BABY SITTER, he is a Professional Educationalist. Please make all necessary arrangements personally so that it would not be any inconvenience to anyone. | Back to Top TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Fees must be paid in full in advance at the time of registration / before the first lesson each month. Minimum 8 Lessons. 2. CASH or UNCROSS CHEQUES PAYMENT ONLY, should be crossed & made payable to the Kenneth Soh, on the reverse side of all cheque payment with student name and contact number. 3. All Students will be issued a Yellow Payment Card for recording of Fees Paid Purposes. Fees for each block of four (4) lessons, is payable in advance, due date for each payment will be indicated on your child's payment card. Each lesson's duration is one and half (1.5) hours. 4. Annual Supplementary Stationery Charges (Non-Refundable) is as follow :~ Lower Primary ( P1 & P2 ) ~ SGD$50 Upper Primary ( P3 - P6 ) ~ SGD$60 Lower Secondary ( S1 - S2 ) ~ SGD$70 Upper Secondary ( S3 - S5 ) ~ SGD$80 NO REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICY 5. No refund will be made once registration is confirmed. An application that is accepted is not transferable to other person(s) or future courses. 6. No pro-rated refund will be given if a student discontinues lessons midway, withdrawal or absent after fees are paid. No fee will be charged for term holidays except for CHINESE NEW YEAR's one week break. Lessons will proceed as usual on other government gazatte public holidays. 7. When the participant refuses to learn or any other behavior issues which is disrupts the entire class beyond the instructor's control. 4. Classes of all levels follow a guided syllabus. Make-up lessons, if your child should miss one, can only be replaced within the week and provided there is vacancy available in another class of the same level. 6. Any Replacement Lesson may be scheduled for students only if they are ill. To be eligible for Replacement Lesson a copy of the Medical Certificate or Receipt is necessary. Please be present for your scheduled Replacement Lesson, otherwise, it will be considered as Lesson Taken / Forfeiture. We do not Make-Up a Replacement lesson. TERMINATION POLICY 7 Please kindly give two weeks notice in writing, otherwise, a month's fees is chargeable. IMPORTANT INFORMATION 8. Children are to attend class PUNCTUALLY. Parents are to inform the teacher beforehand if a child is unable to attend. Parents are advised to pick their children punctually after class so as to allow The Teacher to rest and prepare for next class. 9. Children are encouraged to bring their own drinking water to class in tumblers with their names clearly labelled. 10. Children should attend each lesson with completed set of course work. Children are encouraged to read regularly. 11. Parents are advised not to loiter around or behave suspiciously in or around the teacher's premises, before or after class. 12. Children and Parents are expected to arrive and leave quietly so as not to disrupt the peace and privacy of neighbours and other residents. 13. The Teacher shall not be held liable for any mishaps, deaths, accidents or other incidents that occur during the lessons. 14. The Teacher reserves the right to reject any enrolment should the participants be found unable to adapt to our Training Programme. 15. The Teacher has the right not to start any lessons shall the minimum number of students for the particular course/activity is not met. 16. Due to unforeseen circumstances, The Teacher reserves the right to postpone the day and time for the lessons or replace The Teacher. 17. Should The Teacher be unavailable for a particular lesson, he/she is liable and wholly responsible for making alternative arrangements with the students. 18. Please notify the teacher if there is any change in the address or contact number. 19. The Teacher reserves the right to add, delete or vary the Terms & Conditions at any time as it deems fit. |
